1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Edupro Systems through Razorpay or any other online payment method are final and non-refundable.

Once a payment has been successfully processed, no refund, cancellation, chargeback, or transfer request shall be entertained under any circumstances.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds shall not be provided in cases including but not limited to:

• Non-participation in examination or competition
• Incorrect registration details entered by the user
• Failure to appear for the examination
• Change of mind after payment
• Duplicate registrations made by mistake
• Internet connectivity or technical issues from the user's side
• Device or browser incompatibility
• Missed examination schedule or deadlines
  
  

3. Examination Cancellation

In exceptional circumstances, if Edupro Systems officially cancels an examination, competition, or event, the organization may decide at its sole discretion whether any refund, rescheduling, credit adjustment, or alternative arrangement will be provided.

4. Payment Gateway

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay and other authorized payment partners. Edupro Systems shall not be responsible for delays, transaction failures, banking issues, or technical errors occurring at the payment gateway, bank, or user end.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Users agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes after successful registration or access to services. Edupro Systems reserves the right to suspend accounts, revoke examination access, withhold certificates/results, or take appropriate legal action in cases of fraudulent disputes or chargebacks.
